The National Consumer Agency represents the voice of consumers, enforces consumer legislation, and defends consumer interests at the highest levels of national and local decision-making.

As part of this remit, we conduct consultations with consumers, business sectors and other interests, to address ongoing areas of concern to consumers.

Gym and fitness club contracts
