Q9. How do I know that my order has been received by the web-trader when I purchase online?

You should receive an acknowledgement of receipt of the order from the web-trader.

There should be no undue delay in this and it should be by electronic means, i.e. email. If you do not receive this acknowledgement, you should email the web-trader and request it.
