Problem with EU traders
Q28. Do I have the same rights purchasing from an EU web-trader as I do from an Irish web-trader?
For the most part you will have the same basic rights when you purchase any item online from an EU web-trader. This is due to EU Directives that harmonise many aspects of EU Consumer Law.
