ConsumerValue looks at many different ways that consumers can get value for money and we have gathered tips and advice across numerous areas and from many sources.
We hereby acknowledge, with thanks, all of the sources identified in the ConsumerValue section of the website and wish to note that in many instances, the NCA is not the competent authority in respect of the detailed and technical issues around transactions in a particular sector.
For this reason, you will see many flags around the ConsumerValue section directing you to other bodies for more comprehensive information.
We also acknowledge that ConsumerValue is a living resource and we would welcome advice from consumers, from business and from representative bodies in relevant areas regarding further areas for development of ConsumerValue, new sources of useful tips and information etc.
