Aldi recalls Carino hairdryer

Aldi is recalling the Carino Professional Ionic Hairdryer (model number 1258, 2794, date code 122008) due to a potential safety problem with the power cable.
These products were on sale from 18 December 2008.
In a small number of cases the power cable when in use could cause an electrical safety hazard.
What to do
Stop using the hair dryer immediately and return it to your nearest Aldi store, where a full refund will be given.
