If you are a consumer and you have direct experience of using one of the following dispute resolution mechanisms with a trader in the past five years, the National Consumer Agency is interested to hear from you:
- Mediation
- Arbitration - including any of the recognised industry schemes such as the Society of the Irish Motor Industry or the Irish Travel Agents Association
- Small Claims Court
